I am having problems with the always on display screen. When I'm using the clock face that comes automatically on the watch with the big numbers and time on the side and then footsteps, heart rate and calories on the other side, I have always on display on with time, battery level and stats but all it shows is the time very small in the left bottom corner. Unless I press the left button and then it just shows the big time on the left and nothing else. No battery level or anything else. If I change the settings to show analog clock it doesn't change. I then downloaded a different clock face for when you wake the screen up so it shows the date time and a flower. When I have this, the always on display suddenly works how I want it, showing the time and battery level and date etc. But the clock face I downloaded doesn't show my heart rate. I want the original clock face which shows heart rate but I want the always on display to work properly and show everything. What am I doing wrong?

Hi @Georgiacm - you are probably not doing anything wrong. Here are some suggestions.
If you enabled the Always On function the battery will need to be charged more often. To avoid this enable wrist wake so that the watch comes on the moment you look at it and disable the Always On..
Have a look at the Quick Settings to make sure the icons are set correctly, Sleep and Do not disturb must be off, wrist wake must be on, Always on preferably off unless you absolutely need it. Pull down the watch face once and then again and click on the 2 white bars.
Another good solution is to choose the best watch face from the Gallery - there are a lot of good free ones that must surely give you what you want, either in digital or analog or both.
As regards the Always on display - there are 2 types, the default watch [Analog or digital] and then some clock faces have their own which override the default one. So if necessary choose the best clock face from the Gallery that suits your needs. In the Fitbit App Gallery tile use search and enter the criteria, it will find only clocks that cna be loaded. You can also use Google search but pay attention to whether your watch is supported.
