Tried to do the factory reset but this didn't seem to happen (appeared to be a normal reset). However, versa isn't synching now with the iphone app. I have reinstalled the iphone app and it cannot find the versa.

I had this problem too with a Versa 2.
I emailed & called them.
After trying all their suggestions, they mailed me a replacement Versa 2 at no charge.
The new one is working.

I've contacted them via email and twitter - no response yet. Managed finally to get it to recognise some touch and completed a factory reset but now cant add it to my app on the phone - it finds the device and then hangs with a message saying connecting to tracker.....
Hopefully Fitbit will get in touch soon.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.
