My daughter has a versa and the touchscreen had stopped responding weeks ago. She was only able to use it as a watch. Last night she asked if I could change the clock from a winter clock to something a little more seasonal.
I purchased a new clock face for her and realized the the touchscreen would not respond. I tried the factory reset like it was recommended, but could not reset the device.

@GiannaR31 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your daughter's Fitbit Versa since the touchscreen is not working properly and a factory reset can't be performed.
Please try a regular restart. To do so, please follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, check out if the touchscreen works properly.
