Versa touchscreen not responsive

The touchscreen on my versa is not responsive at all even after the update, I have restarted but I cannot turn it off because I can’t even get to that screen I can only see the time and do nothing else on my watch please someone HELP!

If several restarts dont help then you need to contact Support (link in my signature ) or return it to the store you bought it.
