I need help my Versa was fully charged last night then just turned off. I tried resetting it by pushing down the bottom right side button and left at the same time for 15 sec as well as all buttons at the same time for another 15 sec no luck. Removed Versa device from app to reload again this time app unable to connect. Turned Bluetooth off then on again to make sure it finds it still blank screen. PLEASE HELP!
