Versa turning off while excerising

What is going on? I start exercising, on the treadmill, and I look at my fitbit and it stopped recording my excerise. I thought it was me, however the last two times, its happening more often now, I watched my fitbit start and watched it for approx 30 sec. I look 10 min later and its not recording. What is going on?

Hi @Lynn0629, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it turns off in the middle of a workout.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your workouts. Finally, monitor your exercises and see if the issue gets fixed.
