Hello can anyone from Fitbit help please. I’m in the UK. Fitbit is 4 months old.
Fitbit unresponsive not working.
been having trouble for over a week it not connecting.
Thrn screen wouldn’t wake up. When it did it was stripes. Still tracking though but not sure how accurate.
Did all the usual suggestions. Reset. Unpair. Etc
Finally restores factory settings and now my iphone can find the device but it won’t go any further than that in the process.
Screen only displays when on charge. It’s the set up screen. But all the lights at the back are out.
Fitbit. I have read the forums and have tried very suggestion. How can I arrange a replacement please.

I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. Thank you for letting me know that the connectivity issue appears to be resolved, but the screen is still not working. If you haven't tried before, I recommend to switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
I could see that our Support team got in touch with you today and recommend to continue working with them since they have already all the details and special tools to continue assisting you.
