Since since Thursday my versa turns itself off and will only turn on when on charging. I have switched off deleted account reset and. Done factory restore and nothing it won’t update it won’t connect to WiFi or Bluetooth. I have only had it since December and I’m pretty deflated by the whole thing it cost a lot of money and now I can’t  do anything with it

Hi, deleting account and performing a factory reset, lead to your mobile device not recognizing your Versa anymore, cause it's since these actions in priciple a "brand new device". If you want to use your Versa again with your phone, you will have to perform the entire setup procedure all over again, see this.
