Can I get some help with receiving notifications please? My Versa isn't vibrating and 9 times out of 10 messages aren't even being displayed. Its only worked for about 2 days out of the 8 I've had it. I've tried everything and am very close to returning it as was mainly bought so i had notifications at work.

Sounds exactly like the issue I'm having too. Fitbit needs to get a fix for this, it's not a cheap watch.

I feel the same. Not happy tbh. I also have trouble with my heart rate too. Most of the day i get no reading. Starting to get really frustrated 😖

It's great to see you here @Hammer80 and @Darlynn1995 welcome to the Community.
If your watches aren't vibrating, I recommend restarting them. Now about the notifications, take a look at the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provide there.

All of the above has been tried. When i restart it works for about half a day and then stops again.
Not sure what is going on?

I just purchased the versa yesterday, upgrading from a charge 2 which at least showed I had text messages. I have a galaxy s8+ and the most updated version of the fitbit app (2.83) and it still wont show me any notifications from message plus. I saw older post saying this issue was resolved but it seems to have resurfaced is there a new fix in the works?

I did follow those instructions. I first reatsetrd my Fitbit and phone. I then reset the bluetooth connection as well as confirming the notifications are on. I receive alerts from every other app but message+ Please advise on any other possible fixes

I didnt. I ended up returning mine. It wasnt worth it to not have the ability to have message notifications I just reverted back to my charge 2 which at least shows when I have messages
