I have had very inconsistent syncing with my versa and often have to use multiple resets to get the sync to work. Is this going to be fixed?
Also, my watch face pops open with lighter haloed effect lines on the right and left edges. Doesn’t matter which face I have loaded. What’s going on? Can this be fixed?

Hi, install a Clock Face from Fitbit itself. For the Versa "Layers" is the default one and for the Versa SE it's "Light". See if this solves your problem. Third party CF can behave strangly due to (partial) incompatibility with the new Firmware Version. After installing a Fitbit CF, restart your Versa.

I got this thing for Christmas. It is interesting, but I have the same problem you do. The thing only occasionally sync's. I have to restart my phone daily to get it to update. Not sure what to go at this point. CTRL+ALT+DELETE.... lol.....

Thanks for that pointer. I had been trying to reset my watch, but didn't realize I had to hold the buttons longer. Reset it for the first time. Let you know how it works out, but today it was the same old same old. It will sink initially, but then I have to restart my phone.
Wonder if having two blue tooth devices connected to your phone might be problematic.
Good Luck!!!

Hi, yes this is a real problem. Your phone and Versa will only sync properly if there are no other BT devices in the vicinity. So, either move these devices out of range of your both devices or swicht off BT on these devices.
