Since the last update to my fitbit versa vibrates on my wrist while I'm running sometimes it is apparently giving my BPM but other times it vibrates and the screen is blank with just my total time and distance in small print. What is it all supposed to mean?

@Allan001 It's alerting you to heart rate zones. I found that rather distracting and annoying, since my tracker heart rate jumps around a lot. When you start a run, click the gear icon and you can turn off zone notifications in settings, if it bothers you.

Thanks, that makes sense. I'll work with the feature awhile see if I like it.

It’s a nonsensical feature nobody asked for.
You’re working out — say, doing an intense interval session or maybe a one-rep max lift...your watch buzzes....shoot, is someone calling me? Did Timmy fall down a well and Lassie is trying to alert me? Is the world ending??
Nope, it’s just your heart rate changing. Gee, thanks Fitbit!

I don't like it. While my old Versa 1 still works fine as a motivator, the heart rate will go blank at times for a bit. I was on a bike ride and this buzzed like 5 times in a mile and a half. It'll buzz when the heart rate goes blank, and when it comes back. I was like heck no!

That is what I thought was annoying, it would vibrate, so I would look and it would be blank. When I run my HR is constantly going between peak and cardio.
