Hello everyone,

 

i just received my versa and downloaded the app. It got stuck on the Bluetooth connection. My phone simply don’t see the device at all.

@Ewakam Congrats on receiving your Versa! Let me help you get set up. 

 

Firstly, when setting up your Versa, please make sure you meet the following requirements: 

 

  1. Check your device here to see if it is compatible 
  2. Make sure you're connected to strong, stable Wi-Fi connection
  3. Bluetooth is turned ON in phone settings
  4. Charge Versa while setting up and make sure it is right next to your phone

 

There is a troubleshooting section in this help article that you should find useful, so check it out. One of the tips is to turn Bluetooth OFF for 10 seconds then flip it back ON. That could help you get past the Bluetooth connection issue. Let me know how it goes! Robot Happy
