So I just got my SE Versa yesterday evening. I went through the set up and switched from my Alta HR. My steps were at 5,474 at the time. By the end of the night I had reached nearly 9,000 steps surpassing my step goal and not one step I took with the versa was logged in for the day. It stayed at 5,474!! How is that even possible when it rewarded me for passing my goal?!! I’m seriously annoyed especially since I was so excited to get this watch. Fitbit how can this be fixed?

Sounds like you did not sync your Alta HR before setting up the Versa.
When not doing that it will lose your steps that were not synced

I did sync the alta before switching to the versa. That's why I said only the steps tracked on my alta remained on my dashboard and no steps from the versa were recorded at the end of the day. It seems my versa is having issues syncing my data.

Hey @xoMiaxo, welcome to the forums! Ok, let me give you a hand on this but first let me ask you something, did you remember how many steps does your Versa had when you sync? Did you use a different devices to setup/sync your Fitbit watch? In the meantime, I'd like you to please take a look at this article 'cause you need t forget your previous Alta HR from the Bluetooth settings on your device/s
