I'm returning my versa 3 for warranty exchange. Does anyone know what all I'm supposed to include or not include?

It depends on where you got it. If you got it directly from Fitbit, you'll need proof of your purchase (a receipt should be fine here). If it was purchased elsewhere, you'll have to contact them and abide by their policies.

Were you requested to return your Versa 3 from 1 of our team member? Via any of our Support channels?
If so , they should have told you what should be sent. If not, you can always reply to the email with the instructions, and verify with them what you need to send to continue with your process.
If you are wanting to return the watch, please give our team a call or chat with them to see how to proceed. Do not send anything without informing our team or contacting them first, as they will not be able to work on your case, or identify to whose account the package belongs to.

Thank you for your help! Yes, the return was appoved by the Support Team and they sent me a return label. It said to pack it in a small box or padded envelop, but said I would receive another email to tell what all to include. I never got that second email. I will just reply to the first email for clarification, as you suggest. Thanks!
