Versa watch face stopped displaying step count

My Versa is showing '0' step count on the watch face. This is since yesterday afternoon - it had worked in morning, I  think it went to '0' after I charged it.

If i swipe up to go into the detailed stats it shows correct step count, also it's correct in the app (android).

I have tried restarting the watch and also shutdown & turn on, but no change.

How can I get the step count back on my watch face??

Hi @AmyPie - I'd start with simply restarting your tracker. Follow the link below and let us know if this does not help.

I'm having the same issue. Restarting my watch did not change anything.

Thanks but no, restarting does not help, I had already done that. I have tried restarting the watch (3 times now) and also shutdown & turn on, but no change.

I'm having the same issue. Restarting my watch did not change anything. I just went to see if changing the clock face would fix it, and it turned out three clock face I was using needed an update. After that it worked.

Brilliant! Fixed it - Slightly long winded version of what you suggested, but i hadn't thought of trying that.

When I went into clock face there was no update, but it displayed a DIFFERENT clock face under "My Clock" than what was actually on the watch... Then insisted I had to  "complete installation" which changed my watch to this different clock face.  So then I searched through and found the one I want/previously had and installed it as if from scratch... And it works!

Thanks v much!
