Versa will not charge

My Versa died over the weekend, and I put on dock to charge, saw the 0% flash for a second, and then it never charged. Still dead & not responding to anything. Help!

Thanks for letting me know about this issue affecting your Versa. At this moment I would like to ask you to try the following steps to verify that your Versa is able to charge:

 

  1. Use a different USB port to connect the charging cable of the Versa, make sure it's well plugged in. 
  2. Clean the gold contacts on the back of the Versa and the pins in the charging cable. 

After that, leave the Versa plugged in for 1 hour and check if it's charging. If it's not, please reply to me so I can check this situation further.

Spoke with customer service yesterday to get a warranty replacement!
