I have two Fitbit Versas that I purchased in November 2019, one for my daughter and one for myself. Neither one will start, no matter how long I charge it. Both chargers are working fine, and I have tried to reset each Versa with no result. Searching through the posts here it seems to be a common problem. Can you please advise? I mean I haven't even had them for a year!
