Versa will not charge. Purchased two weeks ago. Tried 3 factory issued chargers (myself and 2 friends) At 0% Battery, but will not begin charge process.

I have this issue as well. I tried a new charger, cleaning the back with alcohol, changing outlets, switching to a USB on my computer. Nothing. Dead. Contacted support and they had nothing for me, but "hey, you're past warranty so here's 25% off your next device" I have had problems with every model I've tried, including my Charge HR which was my favorite until it developed an internal crack straight down the screen for no obvious reason. Hope you're able to get yours charging!!!!
