Versa will not count steps or BPM!

My Versa will not register my BPM or my steps...app on my phone does but not the actual device. I have restarted about a dozen times and still won't work. I deleted the app on my phone and reinstalled, still won't work on the actual device...any ideas?

Try a factory reset (settings app on the Versa and scroll down to About). If that doesnt fix it yoj will need to contact Support (link in my signature)

Thank you. That did not work, but I saw another post about the same issue that said that changing my clock face may work and it appears to have solved the issue.
