Versa will not hold a charge

My Versa will not hold a charge. Charged last night was dead before 8am. Charged this morning and is already at 50%. What is causing this issue?

Try restarting it several times and fully charge it (make sure it goes to 100%) and see if that improves it. If not, do a Factory Reset (settings app on rhe watch and scroll down to About). If it is still no better you will need to contact Support (link in my signature).
