Versa Not calculating Data on screen

Steps 0

 

But the app is showing all correct information. Tried turning it on and off.

@Ashleydain Try rebooting Versa several times in a row by holding left and bottom right button at the same time. If this doesn't help, perform hard/factory reset (restoring to factory defaults). If you're performing factory reset, make sure to sync your tracker first as the hard reset will wipe your versa .

Hey @Ashleydain, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! If restarting the Versa as  @Marrrmaduke suggested you didn't work or the Factory reset, I'd like you to try to set up your Versa a new device. Take a look at the instructions in this help article to do so.
