My Versa is coming up to 2 months old and I have absolutely loved it. However now it is not showing me anything on the screen. I have followed all of the protocol for restarting the device with no fortune. I know that the thing is on and has battery as the green flashing light on the back of the device still flashes, only problem is that I am getting nothing on the screen. This is very frustrating! Can someone please help.

same here - did use all the factory reset protocols on several days in a row even after battery went out. But without any luck: screen keeps on flashing white - no fitbit logo nothing.
These has been handled here before - but the resets don't fix the issue.
