My fitbit Versa was placed on charge this morning and was fully functioning at this stage. My app shows it fully charged however the screen is dead. I have pressed the back button & bottom button for the instructed time to no avail. I have been encountering problems since the update with the battery charging down more quickly and have also had issues with it switching itself off but I can usually get it back on. Not the case now though. Anyone had similar problems and their resolve if so please.

Hi @judeloc , more Versa users seem to have these kind of problems afteer the latest update. If your Versa is still under warranty, contact Customer Support. regards kuzibri
