My versa  seems to of died. It was charged yesterday to 100%, and today it has no life. I have tried pressing all 3 buttons  which in the past has worked, but noting today. I have tried popping it back on charge and the screen did came back on but as soon as I took it off charge the screen just went blank and now remains lifeless.

Hi @SCKR, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Looking forward to your reply.

Here's what happened.

The first I noticed this was after I updated to the latest FitBit OS. A day
or so later, I woke up and discovered that sometime during the night the
watch had run out of battery. I usually charge it up to 100% right before I
go to bed, so this seemed odd.

When I put it on the charger, the large battery icon showed at 0%. It
showed the FitBit logo at one point, vibrated, then appeared to reboot. Did
that again, maybe once or twice, then went blank.

I thought it might have been the update right away, so I researched a
factory reset. It didn't look like I could get it there, because it stayed
dark unless I removed it from the charger and placed it back, when it would
repeat the above. I left it on the charger uninterrupted for 24 hours, then
was able to remove it and perform the factory reset.

After the factory reset, which forced me to update again, I was able to run
the watch for about 40 hours. The first 24 hours, it worked fine. The
second 24 hours, it seems to have died in the middle of the night. I have a
memory of pressing the button to check the time at around 2AM and it was
working, but woke up to it dead again.

Now, when I place it on the charger, I get the battery logo at first at 0%,
then it just sits there, no screen, no vibration, no heart rate lights. If
I remove it and replace it, the battery icon shows. I have an alarm set for
6AM, which does seem to go off every day while it's on the charger, even
though the screen is blank. I hit the appropriate button to turn it off,
which works, even without the screen.

Not sure if there's anything else I can try to fix it. Thanks for any help
you can provide.
