Versa will not sync

I reset my versa lost all information trying to figure out why it would not sync still not syncing anyone know why? I am using a LG android phone.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Have you checked if your phone is compatible? If you haven't, I recommend taking a look at our list of compatible mobile devices. Also, check the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
