Hi, I have had my Versa for nearly a week now, throughout the day it syncs with my mobile without a problem. However, every morning I have to reset my Versa so that it syncs to my mobile! Can anyone please help me with this issue? Thanks.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your watch isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.

It's great to see you around @noahalan. I would like to know if you have tried the instructions I provided in my previous post? If you haven't, please take a look at ti and follow the steps there.

I deleted my Alta from my account and it works fine now
