Since updating my versa to the newest system update I have not been able to receive text message notifications, all others have come through no problem. I have been on live chat with support for 2 weeks trying to get this issue resolved... un-pairing Bluetooth, deleting app, checking all notifications, setting up a new device.. Even factory resetting my fitbit. Is anyone else having this problem? How do we resolve it?!

Are you using a clock designed by Fitbit, or someone else?

This is a widespread problem with Versa and Fitbit software. They refuse to acknowledge it other than "We're working on it." I also spent hours on the phone and website. No fixes yet.
