Suddenly after months of using my Fitbit, my Versa will not sync to my iPhone Fitbit app. The app is updated and my Versa is charged and working. Any suggestions?

Hi, maybe a stupid question, but after updating the Fitbit app on your phone, did you enable BT again? If yes there might have been something going wrong with the new version, so I would suggest the following:
1. Close the fitbit app on your phone
2. deinstall the fitbit app from your phone. Do not remove or unpair your Versa from it.
3. restart your phone
4, reinstall Fitbit app again and enable BT
5. sync manually from your Fitbit app with the Versa and see if this problem is solved.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. If your watch isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.
