Versa will not sync!

Does anyone know how to contact fitbit regarding the versa not syncing with the app. I updated and since then it will not sync up!! Is there a phone number or email address? Help!

Look at the top right of this page - tap on your photo - tap on Contact Fitbit

Alternatively look below and tap on Help - then tap on Contact Fitbit

Or through the Fitbit app tap on Help - then tap on Contact Fitbit

If you would like help from your fellow users, please include the phone model.

If you haven't looked here, please do.

Also try stopping the Fitbit app and clearing the Fitbit app cache.

Thank you so much for your response! I have already tried troubleshooting. Logging out of app, clearing cache, power off etc. According to the most recent  comments on the Versa, it looks like I’m not the only one that is having this problem. I will contact Fitbit directly. Thanks again for the info! ✌🏼
