I can not get my Versa to synch with my app anymore. All software is up to date on my phone and my Versa. I've turned off my phone turned it back on. Tuned blue tooth off, turned that back on. Re-started the phone. Re-started the watch. Removed device try to re-add it, that won't work. I'm following all the steps and honestly I regret "upgrading' this watch is way to buggy and after reading others issues, I am not the only one. Nothing. Very frustrating.

What a pity. Mine is having syncing trouble this afternoon after a week’s usuage. Luckily, it resume to normal after turn off the watch, and change to a less demanding clock face, clear up all unread notification. I don’t know which one work at last as I did it at the same time.

Yes it can be frustrating. Btw "phone" is a generic term and gives no clue as to which model it may be.
You say that you removed the Versa. was this done through your phones Bluetooth settings? Or did you remove it, against all advice, from you Fitbit but account .
If this is what was done .we need to fix the sync problem before we will be able to setup the tracker .
Have you looked at the fitbitFhelp docs?
Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I am having exactly the same problems, I purchased mine today, and none of the 'fixes' are working? Very frustrating especially considering the price!

It's an iPhone 8. I removed it from my bluetooth as well as the entire device. Yes I have went through all of the fitbit help docs. I had a fitibit blaze for 2 years and never had any issues.

Ya I am just using the generic fitibit watch face. For the money I paid, this is pretty ridiculous!

FWIW the instructions in this Q&A solved my not-synching problem an hour ago https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa/Versa-will-not-sync/m-p/2710514
Specifically, holding down the left "back" button and the lower right button at the same time, til it rebooted itself. After that, it synched like it had before. Hope that helps you (or someone)
