despite being fully charged my Fitbit Versa will not turn on. Occasionally it has a moment and works but then dies again. I have tried resetting by holding buttons this did not have any effect. I have tried draining the battery completely and recharging to full - it shows full battery on my app but will not turn on. Please help - I am missing it so much!

I am also having the same issue. When I press on the side button or tap, nothing happens. I can see the date and today on the second screen, but that's it! Help please!
