Just bought a Versa. Plugged it in, charged it. Downloaded App onto Iphone. Bluetooth is turned on, phone recognizes Versa. Clicked Update Tracker, clicked Next, says "downloading". Bar just starts to go across and seems like it is stuck. Tried retstarting phone. Tried restarting Versa. Uninstalled Fitbit app and reinstalled. Still the same result. Nothing shows on the face of the Versa other than the Fitbit logo. Shouldn't it display the time or any information without the update? Is this a defective one? Would appreciate any help!

I’m interested on what you find out. I’ve had the Versa for a couple weeks and everything was just fine. Switched from an android to iPhone and can’t keep it connected. Sometimes I get my text alerts but mostly not. Then just today the app won’t sync to the watch and says I’ve only walked 41 steps when the watch says about 10,000... ugh!!!
