How can I get the Couch 2 5k app to sync with my Versa so my workout details show in my dashboard? Syncing my Versa doesn't show that data from my workouts.

Hi, this app is not a default one, you have to install it yourself. Go th Apps, click that, click All apps, On the top of the screen press the search icon. You will get the search page. Press on the left side of the search bar the search icon and type "Couch" , you'll will see C25K Trainer, press that and install it. When it asks for permissions, say yes. After the installation is finished, this app will be on your Versa. Good luck!

I have the app downloaded onto my Versa, but I'm wondering how I can sync that workout data to my FitBit app to track my workouts.

I assume that you have to start this app when you start your workout and stop id when you're finished. In the Fitbit app, click on the account icon right next to the watch icon on your dashboard, scroll down to exercise and choose an activity that comes closest to the kind of workout and enable it. Maybe there is also a way the rename , f.i. Sporting, to Workout.

@autumndando   The Couch to 5k app is a freestanding app.  It collects its own data.  That workout is not transferred to your exercise dashboard as specific workout.  Does your Versa auto recognize it as some type of workout?

The ideal answer would be for your Versa to run the Exercise app and the C25k app at the same time.  Unfortunately, the Fitbit OS doesn't support this feature.

In the Fitbit app searching for "Couch" did not work for me, so I just searched for "C25k" and the Zen Labs version was available to install on my Versa. Now I just need find if there are any differences from the Running World version of the C25k that I am doing with a local running group!

In my limited experience and experimentation so far, it seems the progress on the Fitbit app follows the same plan as the phone app. I don't see why it would be any different. The problem I'm seeing is that I can't find a way to sync the progress from the watch app to the phone app. So no sharing, no progress saving between the two. I'm trying to find a way to do it but not having any luck so far.

Is your Fitbit watch paired with your phone, as it uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to get GPS data from the phone and to send the exercise results to the phone.

On the watch if you swipe from right to left, the Exercise app should show. If you select Exercise, the Shortcuts menu shows available activities, and I use either Walk or Run. If you select Walk it will show Connecting in green and then it should vibrate the watch an change to Connected to show GPS data is available. Select the forward icon to start recording you track, then select the pause icon followed by the finish flag icon to end the recording.

In the Fitbit app on my iPhone, I have All-Day Sync off in Account -> Versa so I always select Sync Now from just below it. There is a blue bar below the Sync Now button that shows the progress of the data transfer. I have connected my Fitbit account to my Strava account, so Strava notifies me when it has received the Exercise data.

How does that sync your C25K app from your watch to your C25K app on your phone?

Just found this thread as I am having problems as well. I have the original verse, I have downloaded the c25k app onto the watch. This I like as it vibrates when I need to change from walking and jogging. I assumed this would then show in my exercise log as a run and the route I did. No...it suggested it was a work out plus the calories burnt was different to the info on the c25k app on the watch.
Please tell me there is a way for this to sync correctly, does no good for my ocd lol.

I think I came up with a solution. Install the C25K app directly on your phone and use it through your phone. Then just track your workout with your fitbit. It's a shame that it can't work directly on the fitbit but it seems they both can only run in the foreground. So impossible.
