Versa with Jabra pulse doesn't work properly

Hi 

I have just purchased my versa but I am having issues with my Jabra pulse headphones. I have paired my headphones with the versa but when I play music via deezer the songs will play for a second the stop for a second continuously. 

 

The whole point of purchasing the versa was so when I run all I need to carry is my watch and headphones without the need of a mobile.

 

I have seen someone else post this before but Fitbit did not respond

Hi 

No @SunsetRunner advice did not resolve the issue. I already know the correct way to pair my headphones to my watch that is not the issue. 

 

I have reset my watch and headphones several times.

 

I have also tested my watch with other speaker devices and my headphones with my mobile and I have no issues. 

 

For some reason there is something just not working correctly with the connection between my Versa and Jabra headphones

I am having the same issue? This was in 2019 so why has it not been resolved? Any tech people on here... sure all headphones should work in all devices... can fit bit please produce a list of headphones that don’t work with Fitbit so customers do not waste money :money_bag:....
