Hi, I would advice you to contact Customer Support about this issue. Might be either the Versa or the Charger.
Best AnswerI am again having the same problem with my Versa. When I went through support a few weeks ago. They suggested I wipe the back face of the watch where the gold prawns fit to the charger with rubbing alcohol. That worked, but it’s doing the same thing now & it’s not working!! Ugh!! I will have this a year in May, & it has had several littl issues.. ready to get a different device, not made by Fitbit!!! Good luck..
