Versa won't charge

My battery is completely dead, I have tried charging overnight, but nothing, pressed and held down buttons, made sure no dust or debris on charger pins, changed plugs.  Versa is only 2 months old.  Any suggestions please?

@CharlotteScully, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the charging issues that your Versa 2 is experiencing, I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps that you mentioned above.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that you contacted them via email as @SunsetRunner advised. Please try the instructions that they provided and reply to their email in case the issue persists. They will be glad to assist you and follow up accordingly.
