Versa won't charge

My watch died, and I placed it on the charger almost immediately. To my surprise, it never charged. I cannot get a read (0%) or charging notice on it. I have tried cleaning the metal area, using different wall ports,and nothing is working. I did do the update a couple days ago and my watch glitched for a few minutes. Please help if possible.

Because my watch is no longer under warranty, I was only offered 25% off the purchase price of another watch. No solution unfortunately...

What should I do as my chargers all work, the fitbit is clean and yet it says its on 0% in red but isn't charging

i can not reset as the logo won't appear as there is no power?

Thank you for the information provided regarding your Versa watch that is not charging. If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article.

 

If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, please check  that you've also completed the restart procedure described here

 

@1Active81, I'm very sorry to see that you've experienced this problem with the Versa not charging and that it wasn't possible to obtain a replacement. It is particularly difficult when the device is no longer covered by the warranty, but even tough Support is eager to help with any problem you may experience with the product, they do need to adhere to the official warranty policy, this would start counting from the original date of purchase.

 

@StaceySchneider @Jbbrown780, I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them.

I am also having the same problem. I got a notification that my battery was low yesterday and I forgot to charge it. I plugged it in this morning and it is dead. Nothing working.

I'm having the same problem, ik just won't charge. All is clean and i've tried several adaptors but nothing works. I just bought it so should I send it back for replacement?

My versa does this morning too, will not charge at all.

Mine is doing that same thing. So frustrating. Only 6 months old. I could charge it, but as soon as I took it off the charger it depleted the charge in seconds

Hold down the left button and the bottom right button for 20 secs. If all goes well, you should get the Fitbit symbol. Then put ir on the charger for addy least a half hour. That's what I was instructed to do, and it worked.

My versa is the lite version and has no bottom button

I keep getting a message about power source not strong enough. But when my sister uses my charger it works just fine.

Mine was a whole day behind, but once it synced fully with my phone, it fixed itself. If it doesn't soon, I'd trying restarting your phone so that the bluetooth setting fully resets.
