Versa won't charge

My versa wont charge, when I plug it in it says it is charging but it stay at the same percentage. And when I sync it won’t sync, same with try to update it.

Hi there, @FinneganO. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa. I understand where your concern is coming from.

I had the same problem with my Versa2 not charging. I checked YouTube and found a couple of videos that helped. Suggestions provided included plugging the charger into a different outlet, changing the plug block, pressing and holding the button on the Versa2 until the Fitbit logo appears on the Versa2 screen and lastly taking a Q-tip dampened with isopropyl alcohol and cleaning the charging contacts on the back of the Versa2 as well as the contacts on the charger.

Once I completed all of the steps above, I plugged in the charger and snapped the phone in. My Versa2 started charging right away.
