Hi. When I updated I got a big red Cross in a circle on my Versa, and my phone said "Not Working?" with the options to try again or try over Bluetooth. I made sure my fitbit was connected to my WiFi, and tried again over WiFi and Bluetooth. Same thing. Then I noticed on my watch, straight after the big red cross, it said update complete! But my phone still says it hasn't updated. My fitbit is still syncing with my phone. I too don't know where to go from here.
Update - rebooted my phone and Versa and the firmware update has disappeared and current firmware version is showing as 32.72.1.15. Fingers crossed!
