Versa won't connect to headset

My notifications are coming through Fitbit Versa, but nothing is showing synced to the watch under the Bluetooth settings. It won't pick up any headset.

Thanks for sharing your experience on the matter. Let me help yo get the headset to connect to your Versa.

 

I will be moving this thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

I'd like for you to confirm if you have followed all of the steps listed in this help article to get the device connected to your Fitbit. They should definitely help in making sure it connects. If you have not gone through them, please do so in the order that they show up.

Versa isn't showing anything under Bluetooth setting, it's searching but
comes up with nothing. However my phone says it's synchronized.

In this case can your phone find the same headset that you are trying to connect to your Versa? Is it connected or paired with any other Bluetooth devices.
