It's been about a week since I used my Versa. I charged it up last night and once it reached 100%, I unplugged it and tried to sync it to my phone (iPhone 6S). Not only will it not sync, but it's displaying wrong time and date. Right now it's January 2 at 8:58am in my time zone, but the watch shows it's January 1 at 1:42am.
To fix this, I have used the following to no avail:
1. Turn bluetooth off then back on.
2. "Forget device" in bluetooth settings, then reconnecting
3. Restart Versa watch.
4. Restart phone.
5. Delete Fitbit app and re-download.
6. Deleted the Versa from my Fitbit app and now it won't connect at all. I get to the point where I type in the 4-digit number that shows up on the watch, and then the stupid thing will just say "Connecting to Fitbit..." for about 3-5 minutes and then say it can't and I start the process over.
Nothing is working. Any advice on how I can fix it?

Hi @Mackenzie94 , do you have any other BT devices nearby your Mobile Device and the Versa? If yes, move them out of BT range or disable BT cause they can interfere with your MD and your Versa. Regards kuzibri
