Versa won't hold a charge

I have been trying to update my Versa for about 4 months. I have called the help desk a couple of times and still was not able to complete this task. Now my Versa will not stay charged no more than 6 hours a day. I have cut off all access that would drain my battery and still I am not able to get any results. Please help. It has been a pleasure to have a Fitbit, but my Versa has become a burden.

Thanks for troubleshooting this battery issue. Let's try one more time to update your Fitbit by following the instructions provided in the help article: Why can't I update my Fitbit device?. After this process, test the unit and check if the battery stills draining.

 

Also, I recommend verifying if your phone is a compatible mobile device by checking the article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?.
