Versa won't map route properly

Route mapping is all wonky.  I have rebooted everything, even tried turning off Wi Fi, but Versa is not mapping properly.

Hi @LindaKayS, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not providing accurate GPS maps. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. After this, check out this help page, which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device.

 

Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
