I had some troubles syncing recently and was having buggy clock face issues. I performed a factory reset and now my Versa won't pair. My phone finds the device but can't connect. I've tried every troubleshooting solution and am at my wits end. I currently have quite an expensive paperweight sitting on my wrist!

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this and would like to know if you keep having problems pairing your watch? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.
