Versa wireless earbuds issue

Hi,

 

Hope someone can help me. I bought Samsung Gear Iconx 2018 wireless earbuds to go with my Fitbit Versa. However, the Fitbit Versa won't play my music correctly. The music keep bugging and chopping continuously. Big disappointment with the Fitbit watch.

Hey @Lilas2018, a warm welcome to the Community.

 

If you are having issues with your headphones, I recommend trying the following steps: 

  • Restart your Versa
  • Try to set your Bluetooth earbuds again with your Versa
  • Try putting the watch preferably the same side as the receiver on the earbuds

Hi Alejandra, 

Thank you for your help. However, I tried all of your steps, but it doesnt fix the problem. I still having trouble playing my music without bugs.
