more problems with my Versa.
On Friday I started downloading the OS update on my phone. During the install, my watch screen lit up for a few seconds (which was nice to see because the screen stop working a couple weeks ago) and then within a couple seconds went black and the watch powered off. I haven't been able to turn it back on since.
- there are no lights appearing on the back (red or green)
- I've tried holding down the back left button for 10 seconds multiple times
- I've tried holding down the back left and bottom right button for 10 seconds multiple times
- I've placed the watch back in the charger multiple times hoping it initiate a power cycle
any help is appreciated.
