Versa won’t scroll up

Won’t scroll upward, missing the 3 dots at the bottom? How do I fix?

 

Using iPhone 6+

Could you please be more specific about this? Where are you having the scrolling issue, in the Fitbit app or your Versa? In the meantime, if it is in the Versa, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
