Versa won't send notifications

My versa original first model won't send me notification on my watch 

I only receive calls but there is no support ok notification

I even tried to restart but still not working

Hi @S.A.D. - just in case it's a setting.

On the watch pull down from the top edge once then pull down again and click on the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings.

Check that neither sleep or do not disturb are enabled as they will stop you being notified.

Please confirm that you have followed the steps from: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? Also check @Guy_'s  advise.
