Versa won’t show anything but is on

My Fitbit versa is on, but the watch screen is blank, and when I scroll over to any of the apps, they don’t open. I would try to restart it but I can’t even get the settings app open.

ok I answered my own question. To restart all you have to do is hold all of the buttons down and it should work
