Versa won’t show apps or clock faces

I just received the Fitbit Versa and everything set up well and I changed my clock face. Then about an hour later I went and tried to change my apps but they won’t show up on the app and the clock face won’t load on the app either. Everything else syncs perfectly except that. I can’t even look at the apps I have on the app, it just shows a blank screen. Help would be appreciated!

Mine is kinda doing the same thing.  Just finished the setup and when I click clock faces to change it just spins and never loads.  Everything else runs fine

Exact same issue! Just finished setting it up and everything works perfectly, but it will not load my clock faces or apps. It just spins forever when trying to load clock faces and with apps the screen just stays blank.

I’m having the same problem. My apps won’t open they just spin like there trying to open.

I ended up uninstalling the Fitbit app from my phone.  Then installed it again.  It made me set up my versa again also.  But after all that it worked!   I can see the apps and clock faces!
